2. Able to use C#, VB, VC language to develop programs proficiently

3. Small and medium-sized systems can be completed independently

4. Good language skills, able to communicate with customers individually, understand customer needs, write customer needs and develop documents

5. Can reasonably evaluate the development cycle of small projects and control the progress of project development

6. Proficient in writing SQL and Oracle database management statements, and can independently create small project database tables
